Bamboo Shoot and Pork Curry
Ingredients
• 500 g pork, cubed
• 1 cup bamboo shoots, fermented
• 2 tbsp Bhut Jolokia paste
• 1 onion, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• salt to taste
• 1 tbsp oil
Method
In a pan, sauté onions and garlic in oil until golden brown.
Add pork and cook until browned.
Add Bhut Jolokia paste, salt and fermented bamboo shoots.
Cook until pork is tender and flavours meld.
