1.   What is your fitness mantra?

      My happiness around me and the way I am. It allows me to work out when I have time and when it's needed to keep myself healthy. It also helps me maintain my mental peace and well-being during tough times. So, my fitness mantra is to be happy in who you are.

 

2.   Is mental fitness as important as physical fitness?

      Yes, absolutely. Mental fitness is as important as physical fitness because only when you are mentally well, will you be inspired to be physically fit.

 

3.   What is your exercise routine like?

      Usually, my routine starts with meditation and yoga. It's a mix of cardio and outdoor activities which I blend in as a part of my workout.

 

4.   Any particular food item that you can't resist even on a diet?

      There's no specific diet where I avoid a certain food item. I believe in eating a little bit of everything and not depriving myself. I will enjoy something if I want and then do my bit to burn the calories.

 

5.   Do you meditate?

      Yes. For a sense of calm, composure and to deal with the fast and brisk world around us, I think meditation really helps. It is a blessing and if you do it regularly, you start to see the effect of it.

 

6.   Do you have any quick fixes or herbal remedies, tonics you turn to when low and need a boost??

      Honestly, no I don't. But yes, apple cider vinegar is what I start my day with because it helps your gut. Apart from that, black coffee or green tea is really helpful and I enjoy it.

 

7.   How do you choose to detox after a particularly decadent night?

      Well, I choose to go by the scheduled eating that I do from time to time. I don't consume processed sugar for like a week.

 

8.   What do you do to get back in shape quickly?

      If that is needed, I fix myself to a workout routine and eat as per the instructions. I am obedient and disciplined when there's a need.

 

9.   The buffed muscle look or lean toned look?

      Well, I think the comfort look would be the answer. Whatever makes me comfortable and whatever makes my role look convincing.

 

10. Who is that one person you think is ultra fit?            

Neha Bangia is really fit. She is a yogini and I think she's overall very fit, be it mentally or physically. I also find Disha Patani really fit.
