t shocks people to learn that the entire hotel which houses Araana, Sheraton Grand Palace Indore, is an all vegetarian hotel. But we can tell you, it works! The world is going vegetarian and Araana is a super, super restaurant. High quality, tasty vegetarian food, perfectly- presented. Galouti kebabs made from smoked veggies served with ulta tawa parathas, Mewa Mawa Seekhs, made with dry fruit and khoya skewered on coal, sent us on an ecstasy ride. There was a serious attempt to serve Lucknowi Soya Nihari  using plant-based meat, popularly known as mock meat. Compliments to the chef. It could easily pass for the real nihari, the spices and masala were cent per cent. Finally, vegetarians will know what non- vegetarian food would taste like!
