Rajgira Millet Brownie
Deliciously Healthy
Ingredients
• 200 g 54% dark chocolate
• 200 g unsalted butter
• 4 cage-free whole eggs
• 200 g brown sugar
• 150 g rajgiraatta (amaranth flour)
• 100 g almond flour
• 100 g 54% chocolate callets
• puffed rajgira, for coating
Method
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C.
Line a slice tray with baking paper.
Place chocolate callets and butter into a bowl and microwave till melted.
Add eggs, sugar and almond powder, stir until well-combined.
Sift in the flour.
Add chocolate callets and combine the mixture thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into a baking tray.
Bake at 180° C for 25 minutes.
Coat with puffed ragjira.
