Easy Orange Sorbet

Ingredients

• 1 cup water • 2/3 cup sugar

• 2 cups orange juice • 1 tbsp orange liqueur, such as Grand Marnier

Method

Gather the ingredients.

Place the water and sugar in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.

Cook the syrup mixture, stirring occasionally until all the sugar is dissolved. About 5 minutes.

Remove the sugar syrup from the heat and stir in the orange juice. Refrigerate the juice mixture until it is completely chilled, about 1 hour.

Stir in the Grand Marnier.

Churn with a blender. For a firmer texture, transfer to a covered freezer-safe container and freeze for 2 hours.
