Pineapple Relish

Ingredients

• 1 kg pineapple, chopped

• 200 ml white vinegar

• 150 g sugar

• salt to taste

• 1 tsp saunf

• 2 bay leaf

• 8-10 cloves

• 1/2 tsp onion seed

• 2 cinnamon sticks

• 2 red chilliies, whole

• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

• 1 ltr water

Method

Combine all ingredients together in a heavy-bottom pan. Bring to a boil.

Now add chopped pineapple & cook till pineapple is soft.

Check seasoning.

When it cools, keep in the fridge. Enjoy with your food of choice.
