Peanut Chilli Jam Noodles
Ingredients
200 g boiled noodles
For the peanut chilli jam
• 25 g peanut butter
• 5 ml light soy
• 6 ml oyster sauce
• 5 g sugar
• 5 g gochugaru
• 2 ml toasted sesame oil
• toasted sesame seeds and scallions
to garnish
Method
Mix the above ingredients to make the peanut chilli jam. Add boiled noodles to the jam and mix till it coats each noodle.
Garnish it with toasted sesame seeds and scallions.
