Char Patto ki Chai


This herbal tea is the best home remedy to keep sugar level in control. Consume this once a week, advisably at least four times in every season - summer, winter, monsoon.



Ingredients
10 bel (wood apple) leaves
10 tulsi (holy basil) leaves
10 peru (guava) leaves
20 neem leaves
2 glass water

Method
Pluck all leaves with tender stems. Rinse well with clean water and drain.
In a deep saucepan, heat water. When it starts to boil, add all fresh leaves and turn the flame to low.
Cover the pan with a lid and let the herbs infuse for 10 minutes.
Turn off the flame and let it cool to a warm temperature.
Strain and drink fresh.
Dry the leaves and save for reuse.
