I have always loved eating seasonal leafy vegetables since childhood. I cook them in many different styles. It is said that one should include all colours of fruits and vegetables in the daily food intake, and the importance of the green colour is well-known. Adding a generous portion of green seasonal vegetables in your daily diet helps in multiple ways.

From improving energy levels and building immunity to curing acne and dry scalp, the benefits are a never-ending list. They even help keep sugar level in control and enhance metabolism.

In my recipes, I have used some unusual seasonal leafy greens. They aent commonly used byt are very healthy, power-packed and full of nutrition and healing properties. They are abundantly available in winter at local vegetable markets
