Rose-Ice Apple Salad

It is helpful in stomach cleansing and maintaining the level of plasma in the blood. Due to its high water content, it helps hydrate skin and keeps eyes clear.


Ingredients
3 red jamuns (rose apple)
3 white jamuns (ice apple)
100 g cottage cheese  
alfalfa sprouts to garnish

For dressing
2 fresh red chillies
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp honey
10 mint leaves, finely chopped
freshly ground black pepper to taste
black salt to taste

Method
Take a mixing bowl, add all dressing ingredients, mix well and keep aside.
Take jamun fruits, wash well, then cut in to four and clean well.
Keep aside in cold water.
Now cut the cottage cheese in lengthwise, thick cubes.
Heat the roasting pan and dip the cottage cheese cubes into the dressing mixture, and roast well on high flame till it gets a nicely roasted texture.
Then immediately remove the roasted cubes and place in a bowl and keep aside.
Take a big mixing bowl, add jamun fruits, red chillies, roasted cottage cheese, and remaining dressing and mix thoroughly.
Now take a serving plate and place the salad into it and garnish with alfalfa sprouts. Always eat this salad fresh.
