The restaurant recommends the 9-course chef´s tasting menu for dinner. Each course is designed to introduce diners to diverse flavours from around the country. Starting with bite-sized chaat and appetisers, the meal moves to hearty portions of interesting dishes like poori bhaji served inside a tiffin box, giving a taste of the local culture along with authentic flavours, a Lamb Khari served with nihari gravy and a dal khichdi made truly Indian by adding toppings representative of each state of the country. Also interesting is the khandvi sorbet, a Gujarati favourite served in a new avatar.
