1. What is your fitness mantra?
I try to maintain a balanced lifestyle that is a mix of healthy living and clean eating. This sometimes requires me to go for a run daily or eat wholesome meals.
2. Is mental fitness as important as physical?
Yes, infact mental fitness is more important as a lot of physical problems tend to arise if one is mentally unwell.
3. What is your exercise routine like?
I run thrice a week and when I am in the zone, I also do cross fit two days a week.
4. Any particular food you can't resist even when on a diet?
Anything with sugar is very irresistible but to think of a dish, Indian sweets really tempt me. Gulab Jamun takes the top place in that!
5. Do you meditate?
No but I have wanted to do it and I plan on incorporating it in someway into my lifestyle in the months to follow.
6. Do you have any quick fixes, any herbal remedies, tonics you turn to when low and need a boost?
Kadhas that you make when low on immunity or suffering from a strong cold is my go to whenever I feel even a little unwell. I am prone to getting a sore throat so I use mulethi to soothe it.
7. How do you choose to detox after a particularly decadent night?
I usually drink celery juice that cleanses my system and it has been very effective for me.
8. What do you do to get back in shape quickly?
I run more and work out more since I don't have any other quick fixes that I resort to. I also change my diet and add more proteins to it.
9. The buffed muscle look or the lean toned look?
Lean and toned look for sure!
10. Who is that one person you think is ultra fit?
Milind Soman, hands down!
