Bollywood actor Prateik Babbar beat his addiction and is back on the fitness track. Here's what physical and mental health means to him
   
1.  What is your fitness mantra?
To be physically fit and mentally and emotionally balanced.

2.  Is mental fitness as important as physical?
Absolutely yes! Mental fitness is the most important. A happy mind makes a happy body and happy life.

3.  What is your exercise routine like?
High intensity aesthetic training, lean muscle conditioning and body symmetry conditioning.

4.  Any particular food you can't resist even when on a diet?
Milk and cereal are my favourite.

5. Do you meditate?
I used to meditate during my addiction detox; I'd love to resume it for a calming effect.

6.  Do you have any quick fixes, any herbal remedies, tonics you turn to when low and need a boost?
Pre-workout nutrition, black coffee shots or just good old H2O.

7.  How do you choose to detox after a particularly decadent night?
I don't have decadent nights anymore.

8. What do you do to get back in shape quickly?
Eat clean, train dirty. Basically, I diet hard and train harder.

9. The buffed muscle look or the lean toned look?
I like both, depending on what role I am playing in a movie.

10. Who is that one person you think is ultra fit?
Conor McGregor and Tom Hardy
