Chicken Krapao Rice
Packed with Spice

Ingredients
180 g jasmine rice, steamed
80 g chicken mince
10 g garlic, chopped
10 g bird eye chilli, chopped
5 g red onions, chopped
5 g Thai red chilli, sliced
10 g haricot beans, chopped
2 fresh basil leaves
5 ml fish sauce
8 ml oyster sauce
10 ml dark soy sauce
5 g chilli paste
5 ml chilli oil
5 g sugar
8 g chicken broth powder
5 g potato starch
Method
Heat the wok with oil.
Sauté garlic, onion and chilli.
Add chicken, and cook for some time.
Toss the steamed rice with basil leaves in the wok.
Add the Thai chilli and seasoning.
