Spinach and Prawn Roll

Ingredients
80 g prawns
25 g cuttlefish
2 bunch spinach leaves
20 g water chestnuts
15 g black pepper sauce
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar

Method
Combine chopped prawns, cuttlefish and water chestnuts and shape them into oval balls.
Steam the spinach leaves, season them with salt and sugar and wrap them around the prawn balls.
Place these on a serving plate and pour black pepper sauce over it and serve.
