Banana Pear Chaat for Fasts

Banana Pear Chaat

Ingredients

• 2 raw bananas

• 2 pears

• 2 fresh red and green chillies

• saindha salt to taste

• 1 lemon

• jeera powder and black pepper powder to taste (optional)

• 1 tbsp desi ghee

• 1 tsp rock candy powder

Method

Peel and cut the top and bottom part of the raw bananas.

Cut into small even-sized cubes.

In a heated pan, add ghee and banana cubes and roast well, stirring occasionally to achieve a crisp texture.

Once cooked, keep aside in a mixing bowl.

Wash and dry the pears. Remove the seeds and cut in small cubes, the same size as the bananas.

Transfer it to the mixing bowl and immediately add lemon juice on it.

Add rock candy powder and mix it.

Finely chop the red and green chillies and transfer to the mixing bowl.

Add jeera powder, black pepper powder and salt to taste and mix it well. Check seasoning.

Serve with lots of love.
