Ingredients 800 g fresh green peas 5 g black salt 10 g Kitchen King Masala 25 g garam masala 150 g roasted chana powder 20 g salt 50 g ghee
Method Sauté the green peas in a pan, add the masala. Roughly grind the mixture, add khoya and roasted chana powder, and salt. Mix well together. Put it on a skewer and cook in a charcoal oven. Serve with mint chutney.
