Gudhal chai has many health benefits. One of the most impressive and well-known of them is that it is rich in antioxidants. The powerful abilities of hibiscus help improve the quality of your skin and hair.

Ingredients
• 4 dry hibiscus flowers (gudhal phool)
• 2 pinches nutmeg powder (jaiphal)
• 5 pinches black pepper powder (kalimiri)
• 1 tbsp jaggery (gud)
• 4 cups water

Method
Take a tea pot, add water, let it boil.
Once the water is boiling, add hibiscus flower, nutmeg powder, black pepper powder and boil on medium to low flame for one to two minutes.
Then add jaggery and stir well. Once jaggery is dissolved, turn off the flame.  
Strain the Gudhal Chai and serve hot.
