Many impressive health benefits are attributed to consuming Alsi Sounth ki Chai, Crushed flax fiber extract reduces feelings of hunger and helps fight cough and cold. This tea thus helps manage weight by controlling your appetite.
Ingredients
• 1 tsp alsi (flaxseeds)
• 1/2 tsp sounth (dry ginger powder)
• 1 tsp jaggery (gud)
• 2 cups water
Method
Add water to a teapot and let it boil.
Now take a stone pestle, add flaxseeds and dry ginger and crush it well.
Once the water boils, add crushed flaxseeds and dry ginger to the teapot and boil on medium to low flame for two to three minutes.
Then add jaggery and stir well, once jaggery is dissolved, turn off the flame.
Strain the Alsi Sounth ki Chai and serve hot.
