This tea helps to push out impurities from the body and purifies blood. It is also extremely beneficial for those suffering from kidney stones. It helps in fat burning and protects the liver.
Ingredients
• 25 g gokhru chota (small puncture vine)
• 20 g makai kesar (corn silk/hair)
• 3 cups water
Method
Clean and wash the gokhru.
Pull out the corn silk from the cob.
Heat water in a heavy- bottomed teapot; add the gokhru and corn silk.
Boil the water until 1 cup of it is evaporated and 2 are left.
Remove from the fire and strain.
Serve hot.
Note: Have one glass of the chai on an empty stomach for minimum 21 days, in the mornings, for the best results.
