Best Devilled Eggs
Ingredients
• 12 hard-boiled eggs
• 85 g Food Tree cream cheese
• 1/3 cup mayo
• 1/2 tsp vinegar
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 1/2 tsp mustard
• salt to taste
• paprika for sprinkling
Method
Take your cooled, hard-boiled, peeled eggs and cut them in half.
Remove the hardened egg yolks carefully with a fork into a bowl.
Break up all the egg yolks with the fork and then add in the cream cheese, mayo, mustard, salt, pepper and vinegar.
Mix all this till nice and creamy.
Spoon the mixture into each egg white half and place on a tray, sprinkle lightly with paprika powder.
Chill for an hour and serve.
