Assorted Flower Tempura
Ingredients
• 100 g tempura flour
• 1 egg
• few ice cubes
• 20 g marigold flower
• 50 g banana flower
• 20 g chrysanthemum flower
• 20 g frangipani flower
• refined oil for frying
Method
Beat the egg and ice cubes gradually, add tempura flour to make the tempura batter.
Heat oil in a deep-frying pan.
Individually coat all the flowers with batter and deep-fry.
Serve hot.
