Rose & Basil Flower Fruit Cubicles
Ingredients
• 1 watermelon
• 1 honeydew melon
• 4 kiwis
• 20 g fresh rose petals
• 20 g grated Parmesan
• 20 ml olive oil
Method
Peel and cut the even dices of watermelon, honeydew melon and kiwi.
Alternately arrange the dices in three layers on a glass platter.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Blend some rose petals with olive oil to make rose petal coulis.
Pour coulis and sprinkle rose petals on top of the fruit cubicles.
Serve chilled.
