1. What is your fitness mantra?
To be constant with my workout. Long breaks can make you lazy, then you have to start over again.
2. Is mental fitness as important as physical?
I would say more important, because only then can you give 100% in your physical fitness.
3. What is your exercise routine like?
I have three days of strength training and three days of cardiovascular.
4. Any particular food you can't resist even when on a diet?
Dark chocolate has my heart.
5. Do you meditate?
I try to, atleast for 5-10 minutes.
6. Do you have any quick fixes, any herbal remedies, tonics you turn to when low and need a boost?
I am saying this out of experience, lemon, salt and water is the best booster.
7. How do you choose to detox after a particularly decadent night?
Just hit the gym next day without fail and stay as hydrated as possible.
8. What do you do to get back in shape quickly?
I mean there's no rocket science behind it. For quick results, you need to eat the correct food with zero cheat days and work out everyday.
9. The buffed muscle look or the lean toned look?
The toned look, for sure.
10. Who is the one person you think is ultra-fit?
Tiger Shroff, hands down!
