It's quite something to sit at this ‘table’ with its signature black and white flooring, high-backed chairs, an eclectic assortment of seating, both upstairs and at ground level, little alcoves for the more intimate experiences, and food that’s been a culmination of owners, Gauri Devidayal & Jay Yousuf’s global travails. San Fran features highly on the menu in a nuanced take on the cuisine for the Indian diner but keeping the simplicity and the purity of the ingredients intact. All said and done, Table has been comfort, farm-to-table fare – in a neat and clean elegant setting – for so many of us, and it’s a formula that has worked since 2011.

Table’s wine list is impressive, which you must take a look at once down there and write in to us. The selection goes well with dishes like the Sobo Salad and the Sweet Onion & Leek Tart during brunch, the Baby Back Ribs with the Hasselback Potato for lunch, the Sweet & Sour Brussels Sprouts and the Yellowfin Tuna Tataki for dinner; and lastly, the Testun al Barolo and the Orange Dream Panna Cotta for dessert. As you might have figured, Table does menus for parts of the day and a made-to-order one as well, with croissants, breads, pasta, dips and condiments. 

A meal for two is approximately Rs 4000 + taxes
