Mulberry Jeeru
Ingredients
• 10 fresh mulberries
• 5 fresh mint leaves
• 1 tbsp jaljeera powder
• 250 ml water
Method
Take a stone muddler; add 10 pcs mulberry, freshly squeezed lemon juice and mint. Crush it with the help of a muddle.
Now transfer this juicy mixture into a large-size serving glass, then add 1 tbsp jaljeera powder. Add cold water from a clay pot, stir it well and then garnish with fresh mulberries and mint leaves. Sprinkle a pinch of jaljeera powder on top.
Jaljeera powder
Ingredients
2 tbsp dry mint leaves
1 tbsp roasted cumin seeds
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp asafoetida powder
1 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
Method
Take a mixer grinder jar, add all ingredients one by one and grind them well.
Now jaljeera powder is ready, sieve it.
Store this powder in an airtight container and use it for 2 to 3 weeks.
