Mulberry Water Chestnut Salad

Ingredients

• 12 to 15 mulberries

• 10 pcs water chestnuts

• 10 to 12 mint leaves

• 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder

• 4 freshly crushed black peppercorns

• Himalayan salt to taste

• freshly squeezed lemon juice

Method

Wash and clean mulberries well and keep aside.

Boil water chestnuts and cut into two and keep aside.

Wash and dry mint leaves and keep aside.

Take a mixing bowl, add roasted cumin powder, freshly crushed black pepper, Himalayan salt, freshly squeezed lemon juice and mix it well. The salad dressing is ready.

Now take a large mixing bowl, add water chestnuts, mulberries, mint leaves, then pour the dressing on it. Mix it gently with the help of two spoons.

Mulberry Water Chestnut Salad is ready to serve.
