A world acclaimed taste
Brewed under the supervision of Heineken N.V. technical experts, Tiger Beer uses the finest pale malt from Germany, aromatic Hops from U.S. and specially cultivated yeast from Holland. Containing 5% alcohol, it has a smooth, medium bitter larger beer, which is balanced the sweetness of malt, which has been globally acclaimed one of the finest tastes in the world.

Tiger Beer’s renowned quality has fetched it over 40 international awards and accolades. Tiger Beer has just been awarded another gold medal as overall winner in the New Zealand International Beer Awards, International Golden Lager Styles category.

As far back as 1954, Tiger Beer became recognized as a gold medal winner for taste & quality. Amongst these awards is the prestigious BIIA 1998/99 (Brewing Industry International Awards) where Tiger received top honours as the world’s best lager beer.

In 2004 Tiger Beer once again received top honours when it won the World Beer Cup in New York.

“It’s Tiger Time” in India:
Moving forward, Tiger has already established a significant presence for itself in India. It has already been introduced in Mumbai, Pune, Goa, New Delhi, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Bangalore. This move is consistent with the brewer’s effort to tap the growing Indian beer market.

Tiger promises Indian drinkers the same distinctive quality taste that Tiger is famous for. APBAL, like other APB breweries in the region brews Tiger using only the finest ingredients, for this the malt is specially imported from Australia and the choicest hops are got from Europe, and a unique strain of yeast which is cultured in Holland. Brewed under the supervision of Heineken N.V. technical experts, APBAL adheres to the most stringent quality control management and conducts no less than 200 quality checks during the brewing process.

Mr. Chetan Gupta, Marketing Manager, India for APBL, Aurangabad elaborated “Today, Tiger stands firmly as one of the leading beer brands in Southeast Asia including Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam and is embraced as a leading premium brew that hails from the Far East in western markets such as the United Kingdom (UK), Europe, United States of America (USA), the Russian Federation and Australia amongst others.
