Bourbon Bread Pudding
Ingredients
20 ml Bourbon
20 g pecans
20 g chocolate chips
30 g banana slices
2 eggs
25 ml cream
50 g brioche bread
cinnamon to taste
vanilla to taste
15 g brown sugar
20 g melted butter
Method
Add milk, cinnamon, vanilla, Bourbon, brown sugar and egg in a mixing bowl and mix well.
Add bananas, chocolate chips and pecans to the mix.
In another bowl, cut brioche bread into small 1 inch cubes and pour mixture over cubes.
Toss and coat the cubes well.
Bake in oven at 190u00b0C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Top with a strawberry and serve.
