Aloo Bajre ki Tikki (Pearl Millet)
Ingredients
• 3 aloo(potatoes), boiled & grated
• 1 chilli, finely chopped
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp turmeric
• 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
• 1/2 tspjeera (cumin) powder
• 1/2 tspaamchur (dry mango) powder
• 1/2 tspchaat masala
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 5-6 tbsp pearl millet
• 2 tbsppudina (mint),chopped
• 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
• 2 tbspcornflour
•oil, for frying
Method
Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take boiled and grated potato.
Add chilli, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric and chilli powder.
Add jeera powder, aamchur, chaat masala, mint, coriander and salt.
Add cornflour and mix well.
Grease your hand with oil and prepare ball-sized tikkicoating with bajraon the outer side of it.
Deep-fry till it turns golden brown.
Enjoy AlooBajrekiTikki with green chutney and tamarind chutney.
