Kangni Zarda Pulao

Ingredients

• 80 g kangni, boiled                      

• 4 fresh apricots                            

• 2 tbspghee                                    

• 5-6 kaju (cashew nuts)                              

• 10-12 pista(pistachios)                              

• 4-5 badam (almonds)                                

• 1 tsp sugar                                    

• 1 tspjaggery                                  

• salt to taste                

• 1 tsp saffron water

 

Method

Take a heavy-bottom pan, add ghee, kaju, badam, fresh apricots. Then add jaggery, boiled kangni, salt, sugar and saffron water. Cook it well.
