Imli Panna

Ingredients

• 200 g imli pulp

• 2 tbsp dhaga mishri (rock sugar) powder

• 1/2 tsp dry ginger powder

• pink salt to taste

• 400 ml cold water

• 1 tbsp saunf (fennel) seeds

• 1 tbsp jeera ke beej (caraway seeds)

• 1 tsptil (sesame) seeds

Method

Take a frying pan, roast them one-by-one: fennel seeds, caraway seeds, sesame seeds. Make a fine powder of it.

Take a mixing bowl, add imli pulp, dhaga mishri powder, dry ginger powder and all the roasted powders. Now add pink salt into it and mix it well with the help of a hand whisk.

Now add cold water and mix it well. Check the salt and as need be, add more.

Shift the panna into a jar, it is now ready to serve.

Take six glasses and make a salt rim, serve it in equal quantity.

Enjoy your imli panna chilled.
