Moringa Root Water
Ingredients
• 4" moringa root (2 pcs)
• 2 cloves
• 1 pc patasha (sugar candy)
• 250 ml water
Method
Wash and crush the roots on a wooden chopping board with a wooden rolling pin (use wood or stone muddler).
Take clove which has a full flower, not broken,
Take a glass of water, add moringa roots and cloves and soak it for 12 hours. Before serving, strain with a muslin cloth and serve.
Roots can be removed and discarded. Remove the cloves from the water and eat those cloves with a medium-size patasha. (Take a patasha, make a small hole in it and place the clove in. After drinking moringa root water, you can have this).
After drinking this water do not eat anything for at least for 45 minutes.
Note:
Take water from an earthen pot (kept for a minimum of 12 hours).
Use a glass jar to make and serve this drink.
Drink this on an empty stomach in the morning.
For the best results, drink this for 21 days.
Do not use any metal in this preparation method.
Winter season is the best time for this drink.
