Honeydew Melon Sorbet

Ingredients

• 1 honeydew melon

• 1/4 cup honey

• 2 tbsp lemon juice

• 1/4 cup coconut water

 

Method

Peel and cut the melon into 2" pieces. Place onto a cookie sheet and freeze for at least 5 hours.

Place the frozen melon chunks into a food processor or blender and add the honey, lemon juice and coconut water. Blend until smooth.

Pour the blended melon into a loaf pan and freeze for another 5 hours. Once it's frozen, scoop
and enjoy!
