Grey Soul Coffee Roasters is a pretty, hidden gem. Located right in Lane 6, Koregaon Park, full of salons, cafés, QSRs, and more, this ‘grey’ area was truly a discovery! 

Every detail is beautifully crafted. It is only one of a handful of artisanal coffee roasters in India. The brand has been built thoughtfully and they have a lot to offer. The speciality coffee, made from the highest quality green coffee beans, was selected and roasted to the greatest flavour potential. This experimental coffee roaster with limited lots results in very complex and aromatic coffee. These coffee beans are sourced directly and roasted and ground at the venue. Grey Soul Coffee Roasters also sells coffee that you can buy and enjoy at home. You can buy the coffee online with delivery all over India. Koregaon Park is the flagship store in Poona and it is their vision to showcase the coffee, the roast, the profile and the brew.

Grey Soul has beautiful indoor seating, with ambient music and lots of natural light. At the bar-facing table you can sit and watch your coffee being brewed. The equipment includes manual brewing, pulling of espresso shots, texturing of milk and so many more processes. Everything happens in front of you and you can customise your roast profile! The outdoors is also pretty, very stark but very nice and green where you’re sheltered from the busyroad outside.

The Grey Soul coffee menu is amazing. They have warm and cold coffee, which is nine bar-pressure extracted, Indian speciality coffee, 100% Arabica. Coffee aficionados can enjoy Spanish lattes, Vietnamese lattes, iced cappuccinos, honey cappuccinos, cinnamon cappuccinos, pumpkin spice, ice-cold coffee fizzes, speciality teas and caffeine-free beverages such as hot chocolate, marshmallow chocolate, chocolate banana smoothie, to name a few. Seven pages of coffee and beverages, perfect for rainy days, blah days, low energy days, just about any day.

The food at Grey Soul encompasses everything from a mezze platter, cheese garlic, Korean buns, and truffle fries to an all-day breakfast dish such as Scrambled Tofu with Croissant, Avocado on Toast, Sweet Potato Toast, Breakfast Burritos, and more. They have summer drinks, such as Mango Matcha Latte and Banana Iced Latte. The sandwiches are yummy with different sorts of mixes from
falafel and pita pockets to bell pepper Provolone sandwiches and a three-cheese grill, for a more substantial meal,
there’s pasta and bowls, protein bowls, avocado Buddha bowls, salads, dessert and waffles. 

A hearty food menu and the different roasts and profiles of coffee are impressive as are the well-trained baristas and wait staff at Grey Soul.
