Pyaz Imli ki Chutney

 Ingredients

• 1/2 cup tamarind (imli) pulp

• 2 onions (pyaaz), finely chopped

• 4 green chillies

• 2 tbsp mint leaves

• pinch of black salt

• salt to taste

 

Method

Make a coarse paste of green chillies and mint.

Mix the paste, onion and salt into the tamarind pulp.

Add a few tbsp of water to adjust the consistency of the chutney.

You could adjust the spice levels according to your taste.
