W Goa's Spice Traders Pops Up at St. Regis Mumbai

In love with Asian food? Get ready for tantalizing Pan Asian flavours at By The Mekong, St. Regis Mumbai. Dawa Lama, the executive sous chef of Spice Traders, W Goa is showcasing the best of SE Asian cuisine in an exquisite pop-up for them and rest assured there’s a delicious feast awaiting one and all.

Spice Traders is a lovely Pan Asian restaurant making the best of the fresh seafood in Goa and is located in the spectacular property of W Goa. In this pop-up, one can experience the cuisine with the sheer delicacy of the food and the elevated flavours brought together by expert chefs.

The food festival features a not-to-be-missed duck salad which is crispy, juicy and succulent at the same time. Bite into delicate, raw pizzas with options of toppings like Truffle Tuna or Yellow & Red Pepper on a crisp tortilla base. The Goats Cheese Wontons in Chilli Plum Sauce have a crisp, wafer thin base and on the inside a heavenly goats cheese filling that’ll leave you craving for more! Equally scrumptious is the Chongqing Chicken with cashew nut and Sichuan oil as well as the succulent Thai Chilli Prawns with holy basil.

Fill up on appetizers but don’t forget to leave some space for a ravishing dinner of stir-fried Asparagus & Water Chestnut, Malay Red Chicken Curry along with Crispy Duck ChaHan Rice. It all goes beautifully together and we’re sure you’re going to love this combination as much as we did. Their homemade ice-creams will surprise you with a variety of flavours, especially wasabi that standouts amongst the desserts.

Overall, the experience of this pop-up is a must for those who love Asian food and especially those who love to try something new and flavourful!
