Kismur
Ingredients
1 cup of finely chopped onions
2 cups of grated fresh coconut
10 -12 roasted papad
coal
1 tbsp coconut oil
Method
Mix the onion and coconut.
Place a live coal in a small katori and place it in the onion and coconut bowl add the coconut oil and cover it tight and let it smoke for an hour and remove the coal.
Crush the roasted papads and add the coconut and onion mixture just before serving.
Note: Do not put additional salt as papad contains enough salt.
