Paired with an artistic ode to Modern Indian cuisine, the Desi Chicken and Lemongrass Shorba is a spectacular delight. Another hot favourite is the Prawn Pepper Fry with Curd Rice Foam. The spices have a restful afterburn gently quenched by the dollops of curd rice foam.
