Popeye Feta and Spinach Samosa
Ingredients
• 1 pack of Switz Samosa Sheets
• washed and chopped spinach
• 1 cup of shredded Mozzarella
• ¼ cup of Feta cheese (crumbled)
• ¼ tsp of black pepper
• ¼ tsp of salt
Method
We take the chopped spinach and put it in a pot and heat it until the excess water on the spinach leaves start to evaporate. Let it wilt a bit.
Put the wilted spinach aside and let it cool down, in the meantime start preparing cheese filling.
In a bowl, put the Mozzarella and Feta cheese together.
Bring the wilted spinach and squeeze tightly to get rid of any excess water and mix it with the cheese mixture.
Thaw the Switz Samosa Sheets for 45 minutes, stuff the sheets with a spoonful of the mixture and seal the ends with water and flour mixture.
Bake or fry until golden brown.
