Mulberry Tea

Ingredients

• 4 mulberry leaves

• 2 black peppercorns

• 2 cups water

• 1 tbsp honey

Method

Clean and wash the fresh mulberry leaves and keep aside.

Heat a tea pan, add roughly crushed mulberry leaves and crushed black peppercorns. Let it boil, then cover the tea pan with a lid and keep aside for 2 to 3 minutes. Strain with the

help of a strainer into the tea cup and add honey to it, stir it well to blend the honey in mulberry and black pepper water.

Now Mulberry Tea is ready to serve.

Serve warm.
